Reconnect with your body through somatic yoga and meditation. All levels welcome, no experience required.
Therapeutic group classes are a closed, small-group format.
This ALL-LEVELS – from beginner to experienced – yoga class will be a mix of gentle exercise, stretching, and meditation.
Classes are limited to 12. This small-group format allows us to celebrate each other’s successes. Some sessions may end with sharing. Sharing your personal experience is always optional, but the act of sitting with others with similar struggles can be quite soothing.
Participants will fill out an intake and goal-setting form before the first class so that I can choose postures, movements, and mindfulness techniques designed around your goals. Those goals could be stress reduction, physical and emotional pain relief, improved range of motion, more confidence and happiness, or getting back into a movement routine.
It all starts with you and your body.
