Women's Group: Mindful Self-Compassion

Women's Group is returning to Tuesday nights, this time to cover skills of combining mindfulness and self-compassion. Women in this group will learn to add to their core mindfulness skills of focusing on communication skills, boundaries, understanding personality traits, and meditations. This group runs Tuesday nights through 3/11/25.
