About Me: I am a trauma-informed, attachment-based, relational clinician with a virtual practice called Co-Create Art Therapy and Reproductive Mental Health serving New Jersey and New York. As a perinatal art therapist with almost 15 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting those who identify as caregivers–personally or professionally–in cultivating creative resilience to manage life stressors. My creative clinical approaches are grounded in principles of cultural humility, humanism, and the healing power of an empathic creative process. I also provide integrative arts-based wellness workshops to aid in burnout prevention and creativity development on the job for employees in both the public and private sectors. I'm currently involved with an ongoing partnership with the Whitney Museum of American Art and NYC Health and Hospitals system via their HHC Art of Medicine program, bringing creative spaces to public hospital settings.
