  • Mom and Mind Podcasts by Katayune Kaeni, Psy.D. - This podcast focuses on the Maternal Mental Health struggles related to becoming pregnant, being pregnant, birth and early parenthood. We talk about all of the stuff that you wish someone would have told you before you tried to be pregnant or have a baby. Postpartum depression is only part of the story. The goal of this podcast to put all of this info out in the open. There’s no need to hide these very human experiences… so many people deal with these struggles. So, the podcast provides real life stories of moms, dads and family AND we will talk with experts, leaders and advocates in the field of maternal mental health and maternal health.   • Mind the Bump - A meditation tool to help individuals and couples support their mental and emotional wellbeing in preparation for having a baby and becoming a new parent.

  • Stop, Breathe, & Think - A mindfulness app that allows you to take a few minutes each day to find peace of mind. Guided brief mindfulness meditations.

  • Calm - Meditations to relax sleep, relieve anxiety, and lower stress.

  • PACT/PPD ACT - Postpartum Depression:  Action towards Causes and Treatments. This is an app that allows you to participate in a genetic research study of postpartum depression.  Download the app and join the study. Answer a few questions and if you qualify you will be send a spit kit to send in a genetic sample. 

  • PTSD Coach - Self Management of Posttraumatic Stress developed by the National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and the National Center for Telehealth and Technology.
